I recently finshed a forbarance on my home and was penalized be the morgage company.
tyhe morgage company wanted elevan grand afterward, all at once or they would start the
forclosure on my house. I called this company Financial Links and they said that they could help by puting that at the end of my loan, lowering my intrest rate and, getting my principle dropped, and that my case was supposed to be a sure thing because it was HUD.... NOT !!!! Well after he presented me with all of the hype, he had told me that you really need a company like thiers because the morgage company doesn't care and would not have my best intrest in mind, but it would cost $2200. After giving it some thought, thinking wow what if they can get my morgage down and reduce my principle balance, and what if they can save my home, $2200 wouldn't be bad, so I borrowed the money from family and agreed to pay the money with the understang from Financial Links, that if they could not deliver that I would recieve a full refund, WHAT A JOKE !! After I sent the money they had me get all of these paper together and that thay started to negociate the lender, and after about three months I was told by then to contact my lender to see what they could offer because the lender refuse all of there offers and that the lender would work with me now. When I ask for a refund I was told to contact Derek Allen personally and I tried but his number was different and I could not reach him at all. What do to get my money back.
