I don't have to prove to you that she is living elsewhere because the LAW requires my CAR to be insured and it is. You are extorting money from me in order to make additonal money from your policy. Progresso insurance does it the legal way. They insure the car and then anyone else, that you allow to drive it including ANYONE inside of your home, is insured. Legally, you cannot do this. I will not sign a waiver waiving my legal rights for anyone, including my daughter, to be covered. It is obvious, if you are coercing me to sign under duress, that my daughter is covered. The practice is very illegal and your company is attempting to take advantage of a law which demands pip and pd or basic coverage for my car. The car is insured, but not the people. I have already made my payment and I am willing to fight your illegal extortion, fraud and price gouging in court of law. Please google my name and you will see that I filed lawsuits against this type of illegal practices. I know that this is your INHOUSE policy, but it is illegal. You are not going to intimidate me into volutarily abandoning my legal rights to have my car covered for an accident irregardless of who is behind the wheel. The practice of adding someone on my policy and then price gouging to about 5 times of what the policy is worth is highly illegal and it will stop. I am the ONLY one whose name the car is registered in and the car has insurance coverage and if anyone else drives my car, including my daughter, he or she is covered. The law demands ONLY pip and pd coverage for my car. The car, not the people are the ones covered.
