GRAPPONE HYUNDAI SERVICE Dept is Horrible/Won't fix my problem Bow, New Hampshire

BUYERS BEWARE! Go to another Dealer! I recently bought a 2011 Sonata at Grappone Hyundai. I also bought their service plan. I have had nothing but problems with the car and the dealer since it was bought. They temporarily fixed the problem the last time, but the same issue comes back with the road noise. First they charged me for new brakes, etc. Then they said I needed new tires. NOW, they say that I have 3 bent rims. 3 bent rims? It is a sonata. How do you bend 3 rims without causing body damage? There is not a scratch on my car. This dealership continues to argue with me to get things fixed. It has 100,000 warranty, but conveniently NOTHING is covered. I believe that if, in fact, the rims are bent, they came that way and that is why I have had numerous problems with this car. It is not even 10 months old. I talked with another mechanic at another dealership who said that I would have damage on the body and on the under carriage if I had driven over a curb, as GRAPPONE HYUNDAI insists, to damage 3 rims. I have no damage, just a car that has so much road noise that I can't use my blue tooth in the car and get a headache everytime I drive it. C'mon THREE bent rims???? Grappone wants me to pay $205 per rim to replace them. Will the problem be fixed then? How much more money to have to put into this car needlessly? I question their knowledge and expertise. Everytime I go there to complain about this same problem it is always something new. Is the car a LEMON, or is the Dealer and Service Dept just plain HORRIBLE?
This dealer provides poor customer service and is not interested in making the customer happy AFTER the purchase. BUYERS BEWARE!

I was glad I could speak to your husband about you experience with our Hyundai store. I feel like we made some progress. I want to stress again, as I did on the phone, that Grappone is taking this very seriously. After 87 years in business, we have learned that our customers come first.
