GARTE MORTGAGE IS OUT OF BUISNESS - DEC 2011 I paid $3900 to Harvey Garte's company, Mortgage Restructuring Solutions, Inc / Garte Mortgage Company, Inc for a loan mod in early 2010. For past 2 yrs, nothing has been accomplished, other than confusing Bank of America in sending needless FedEx packages and having my case bounced around on the backend. Just last week I received a letter stating that my loan would be taken over by USM Pro, Inc. along with a companion aggrement from a Maria Avalos, who was an underwriter who worked at Garte. I've already communicated with my contacts at the California AG's office and the media. If you've been scammed by this shyster, you need to take action now. Class action will not be the way to go here unless its likely that an atty will represent the whole lot of us without impacting our ability to be made whole. Did you pay any funds to USM Pro, Inc.? The DRE has taken action against MRSI and Broker Harvey Garte, but we are now looking at USM Pro, Inc.
