I ordered their "FREE TRIAL" and paid for $4.95 for shipping and handling on August 26th. I received a confirmation and my credit card was charged. On September I called repeatedly throughout the day and could not reach a person. I sent them an email cancelling the order if had not yet been shipped and they responded with a request for my name and the order number, which I promptly supplied. Two days later, after no further response, they charged my card $98.22!! I have demanded they return all my money and they did not respond

I am having a similar experience. I received the trial product. I was charged for the trial. But, a week later I was charged $98 for the next bottle. I called, received a cancellation id, and my account was canceled. I returned the trial product and they said they would process the refund for the $98.00 on 10/12/11. In spite of numerous emails and phone calls I have not been refunded the $98.00.

I feel like a fool. This was a rip off. I would encourage others not to purchase any product from HCGSlenderize.
