This company from China offers a plethora of products at very attractive prices. I ordered a laptop, sent them payment by Western Union as they refused PayPal, claiming they were bad to work with. A few days later they emailed to say I needed to send them 50% funds to cover export taxes. I ask them to cancel my order and refund my funds. They told me I had to wait 20 days until they got the product back from shipping. I agreed. Twenty or so days later I ask about my refund status. They then told me I must wait until the end of the month. When I ask why they never responded. Just prior to the end of the month I emailed them suggesting they could ship me a less expensive item ( a camera) and refund the approx. 1/3rd balance. No reply. Several more emails to them have gone without a response.

I have also the some problem with this company. They took 470 dollars from me. They need to stopped as soon as possible and brought to justice

Hi..they ripped me off too, but in my case it was for $ 1, 350 dollars..same story about the 'extra taxes"..if we leave complaints, enough to bring this company of crooks down!!!, , , , I have an open case with the federal trade commission in d.c.But they haven't done anything yet...I place ads all over the world (through craig's list) warning people in different countries about this company of crooks...I also bug(jammed) their website every single day..If we get together we may get some results...
