HYDROXATONE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT FILED!

I have filed a class action lawsuit against Hydroxatone and Atlantic Coast Media Group for scamming customers via the "risk free trial" - customers who ordered Hydroxatone and returned the product within 30 days, but were still charged for the product and/or placed on "auto-ship" and billed further or sent additional, unwanted product without the customer's consent. Products include Hydroxatone, Declatone, Hydrolyze, Lashatone, Celtrixa, Instant Effect, Hydroxatone AM/PM, etc.

I'm glad I caught your message, prior to ordering this product. When I checked the FAQ's it states:

"Depending on the offer chosen today, we'll send you 2 or 3 containers of the product you've selected to try RISK FREE for 30 days...The card you provide will be charged in two equal payments of $69.95, the first payment 30 days after you receive your order and the final 30 days later."

So much for a "Free Trial"!
