Impact Solutions/ Car Care Collision Allen Mekeever Body work was not correctly done to my vehicle and found out old parts were placed back on vehicle

On June 03,2011, my car was towed to impact solutions, which was referred to my daughter, by the tow truck driver had been called to the seen of the accident, he told my daughter that he was suppose to tow the car to impound yard or to her house, so my daughter ask him what would he do if he was in this situation, so he told her that he had a friend that had a body shop, that he could tow it too. So my daughter thinking that he was an honest person, went with his suggestion, not knowing that she had just been scammed by the tow truck driver. The car was taken to impact solutions/car care collision on 5363 Covington Hwy, in Decatur Ga. The tow truck driver made the call to Mr. Allen McKeever, to let him know that he was bringing a tow to the shop, because he was on his way out of town for his son's birthday. We called the insurance company to file the claim, not knowing that we were being preyed upon, because Allen, seemed so nice and very professional and seemed to know what he was talking about. He explained to us that he was going out town, and assured us that he would get started on the car first thing Monday morning, so the claim adjuster asked who's name did i want the check to go into, she was told both names, mines and the body shop, i told him that the check could go in his name and he insisted for it to go in both names. Only later to find out that he called the insurance company to have the first check canceled and sent directly to him. I paid him full, but the first the check i gave him, the bank had put stop payment on it, because he canceled it out. The horror begins about the money and the car, no repairs had been made to the car, and its now going on three weeks, some how he ended up given the wrong tax id number to the insurance company which cause another three week delay, by this time our thirty day car rental expired, we ended up keeping the rental for an extra five days thinking that our car would be ready. He started lying about why he had started the work on the car, that the insurance company was the hold up, the paperwork that the insurance company needed was never received, this was a another lie told by him, then the insurance adjuster was the hold, it was just one lie after another, until i finally confronted him, that's it's been well over sixty days that he has had our car. I had to call the insurance company to have an adjuster to meet us at the shop, only to find that the car had just be torn apart and a bumper painted after sixty days. We had been promised that the car would be ready a week or two at the latest. The car was slopped together old parts put back on the car, such windshield wiper grill, left headlight not properly installed, gaps in between the headlights car horn wasn't replaced, car had to have a jump just to get it home. We took the car to the dealer because when you turned left the car made aloud crunch sound every time we turned left. We also found out that the left suspension that was supposed to have been repaired and replaced wasn't nor was the struts nor was the alignment done to correct the frame work. So after having the car inspected at three different places, and all of them said the same thing, the worst body work and repair job they had ever seen. So by this time i have made so many calls to the insurance company who said that since we choose this shop, that there was nothing they could do. So i had them to send the car to one of their shops and have a different adjuster to come out to inspect the car, and to no avail he said the same thing that the other three shops had said. So i tried to have a stop payment on the check from the insurance company, only to find out that i couldn't do that. He left us having to repair over fifteen hundred dollars worth of work that was supposed to had been done already, but wasn't. Beware of this man who pretends to be a christian man full of God's word, but owns a night club called Kennedy's on Hairston! Also beware of an tow truck driver name Keith, at statewide towing services.
