Took me for $200

Justin answered my ad wanting Husky vs. Duck tix. He had 4 and would sell them at $50 a piece. Needed to send money Western Union. Afterwards the tickets would be in my name at the Husky ticket office. None, no such person. Called him and he said that they were in his uncles name and was getting them changed to mine. Still none. He had an excuse everytime I text or called. 24hrs passed and no tickets. Looked up his number on google and he had many reported scams against him. I called him on it, he got very defensive on phone, said he'd send my money back by a certain time. That has passed too and nothing, He said he didn't care if I reported him to the police, or to anything on line. He said there was nothing I could do. He is smooth at his approach and knows what to do. If anyone has a police report or info regarding him please let me know. I want to pursue this further and hope to help others.
