kayak
kayak I ordered first class tickets with them, paid through the roof prices and got booked on coach according to delta. Now it's too late to upgrade

About two weeks prior to the filing of this complain I ordered two first class tickets with kayak.com on delta flights 1572 and 2351. for wednesday August 17th, 2011. The tickets cost me about 700 dollars total. When I got the confimration and iitenary it told me that we were sitting in coach. so I Called delta to find out what was going on, saying we bought first class tickets and we were sitting in coach. delta in formed me that it shows here we bought coach tickets. AS IF WE'D PAY 350 for a flight when there were ten flights going for 222! UNLESS it was for first class tickets. I told them we bought them through kayak and kayak said they were first class tickets and there was no way we'd make a mistake that big when there were cheaper flights. the lady said it's not our responsibility, contact kayak. KAyak doesn't have a complaints line, all they offer is a feedback support, you can't even call and speak directly to someone about it. Sound a bit shady to you?
