kwik kar went for tune up and left with more troubles than i started with grand prairie, Texas

i stopped by the kwik kar in grand prairie today to ask how much a tune up cost and how long it takes to get it done. the young man told me $100 and bout 30 min. i gave him the go ahead to do it. 2 and a half hours later another young man walks up to me and tells me they will have to charge me $75 more because they didnt realize it would take so long. i told the young man that if i knew it would take this long i would not of agreed to the tune up. after talkin to the young man, he agreed to not charge me the extra $75. when they said my car was finished, i realized my care was shaking real bad and my check engine light was on, when i got to kwik kar i didnt have either problem. i told the young man that worked on my car and he told me he didnt know what was goin on. i told him, i paid $100 to get a tune up and my car is in worse condition after the ( so called tune up ) than when i got to kwik kar. even with all the problems they charged me the $100. when i left the kwik kar, i went straight to another shop and told them the situation. they checked my car and let me know that kwik kar not only put in the wrong spark plugs, they also did not connect the wires properly and also did damage to other parts. its gonna cost me several hundred dollars to fix it properly! i feel that kwik kar should not of charged me for the mess they made of my car. i had the second shop document all of the problems and i will be contacting my lawyer! i will never use kwik kar or recomend them for anyting!!
