Master Engine Repair
Master Engine Repair Expensive, no warranty, joke of a repair shop pomona, California
6th of Mar, 2011 by User544797
June 2010 Sent church bus engine to be repaired and quoted $1500.00 final bill $ 2800.00. Bus when approximately 1100 miles and spun a bearing. November 2010 called shop was told no problem to repair but would have to wait until January 1, 2011. Took engine back January 10,2011 and was told no repair without paperwork. Church never received paperwork at any time. Not only that but prior authorization for additional money never received, and cash was needed to receive engine back from repair. Shop to take deposit in check form but final bill only in cash! I find this type of business transaction very shady. After a few weeks of repair shop having engine the shop called for additional money because they are not willing to warranty their repairs. The original paperwork held hostage by bookkeeper who was missing in action. Paperwork was recovered by not a copy given to church for our records. Something needs to be done by expensive automotive repairs, with no paperwork, no warranties, but need cash to get out of engine jail.
