I fell into the trap of ordering there no risk offer, but felt uneasy about it all so decided to cancel straight away, could not get through on number given so sent them an email (actually 4 in total to [email protected] but still no reply. As a matter of safety I had my credit card blocked which I also advised them on saying no payment would be made for shipping cost or any future supplies. as far as I am concerned my order has been closed well within the 14 days cooling off legal requirement, so if they send anything and wont supply return order number through email then tough. I am now back to the you don't get anything for nothing culture. But please folks cancel your cards if you feel you are being scammed

Further to my last comment, I did manage to get in touch with Hyroxatone using (00) 800 2358 7491 from UK. I must admit the girl I spoke to was pleasent enough. After some searching for my wifes order she found it okay and said product had already been dispatched. I was given a cancellation number and advised to return package to sender unopened and that would be it, time will tell but in any case I will not be making any payments as order etc was cancelled well within 14 day cooling off period which is law in UK. I take it they use USPS for deliveries so I will take package to local post office obtain a receipt of postage for package marked return to sender and that should be that. But also as a final safety my credit card was blocked and a new one with new number issued, I have learn a lesson in all this amd that is you get nothing fo nothing.
