Micro Center Micro Center Warranty and ServicE Dept. TERRIBLE in Madison Heights, Michigan

Let's see, where do I start with my story about Micro center in Madison Heights, MI...It's been an udder nightmare, and the nightmare has not ended. Aside from me having to drive from Grand Rapids to the east side of the State for NUMEROUS repairs, here we are at the end of my warranty (where I was promised the moon and the stars) with only less than 2 months remaining, and low in behold my computer breaks....AGAIN. I dropped it off 2 weeks ago tomorrow, was promised it would be "expedited" because they were back logged with work (gee I wonder why) and after several attempts to call them finally got a call back from the Manager (Greg Moore) who FINALLY offered to replace the computer after me having to convince him. So I asked my friend Brian to phone him back so they could talk about the different models and such, and what Mr. Moore is trying to do is give me a computer that isn't even worth half as much as I paid for my HP!!! AND no warranty extension. This is a bunch of crap. I don't even send food back if I like it, but this was just way too much. I take good care of my stuff and when you're sold a "lemon" it should be replaced at it's original value or more plus extended warranty. At this point I just want a full refund, because I cringe at the thought of having to walk back into that store. Any suggestions???
