This is an individual that our daughter had a relationship with. He lived in her home as a full time renter for longer than 6 months in Santa Rosa. He met and had a relationship with our daughter, we thought that he was a trustworthy individual. He stole from my daughter and broke into our house and stole some personal items. He is about 26 years old. He now lives at his sisters house in Santa Rosa California. He comes off as a young, honest and confident young man. He is actually a practicing drug addict and will rip you off. I keep hearing how he has people after him blah blah blah. He is about 5'4 tall , very skinny, has a full head of brown hair.He drives a jeep cherokee and has a brown female dog. This man is a con artist and a thief. Beware of renting property to him, he left our daughter with a 3 thousand dollar electricity bill as well. This man is not to be trusted. His name is Michael Costlow.

This dip shit was arrested last night for slashing four tires on this guys daughters roommate. Then went and and started to kick her garage door.. so now he is facing felony charges. The only problem is that his sister bailed this loser out this morning and he is already verbally assaulting her by text messages and calling non stop. He has also laid his hands on her more then once. He is not a man he is a bitch. And mike if your not bitch then step up to her new man. Do not hide and vandalize other peoples stuff. That is a bitch move but fits you.
