Paul Wiltz and his staff are great at blowing a lot of smoke and creating lots of paperwork. They basically guarantee they will fund films with certain things in place, and yet when those things are shown to be in place, their story changes, and they actually ask the people looking to get funding for money.People have dreams and come up with 100,000"s of dollars with being told that you will have an investor within 30-90 days. Then so called deals were lost because of an illness he has or had.Now after a year and a half no investor or no money.they should not be allowed to do this to anyone else. The fast talk conversations were all BULL!!!!!! THEY CLAIM TO BE IN THE BANKING BUSY>BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Mone't Films relationship, contractural agreement and obligation are with the filmmaker, film investment partners and resources.
Mone't Films will not disclose the filmmaker's name nor the name of the film project due to confidentiality agreement that are in place. Mone't Films do not ask nor has required the filmmaker to seek funding for their films project. The filmmaker is responsible for providing 10-15% of the requested funding amount. If the filmmaker does not have any equity in the film project, Mone't Films will assist in providing co-production agreements to satisify equity requirements.
Pre-development funds are required prior to engaging any film project, this project that the complainant is referring to has a validated co-production opportunity with a major studio in place that the filmmaker has chose not to exercise in the past 90 days.
It is serendipitous that the date of this unsound, unbased and untrue complaint was made which also coincide with the filmmaker's decision to enter and execute the same co-production agreement that have been pending for 90 days faciliated through Mone't Films and Paul Wiltz.
No single filmmaker has ever paid Mone't Films $100, 000's of dollars as the complainant has alluded prior to closing any film project. Mone't Films relationship is directly with the filmmaker.
To reiterate, complainant is not a client of Mone't Films and no relationship exist. The complainant's relationship or business is between the filmmaker. |
