Bad business practices.

I reported $10,000 stolen from our checking account. They were to obtain equipment leasing for our company. But they have a laundry list of excuses why they could not get it approved. (which is not the point here) The big issue is they are trying to keep $10,000 of deposits for a lease that never happened. Took it right from our company checking account.

Find another company to lease equipment from. Stick to a bank or name you can trust. These people are not the type you want to be involved with. Check the Better Business Bureau and you will see the complaints from people other than myself.

That is their M.O. they send out low terms, get a check, wait for the funds to clear - Then go searching for approvals.
The intent is to "get the deal off the street" at any cost (like offering unrealistic below market rates) then once they have your money, thus leverage, they try to make the client swallow the drastically changed rate.

They even collect checks for deals they know will not/can not get approved simply to get money. Then any excuse is made - "Oh, you wrote a complaint - the contract says you can't" or "The sun was shining that day when you signed, but today it isn't - the deposit is ours."
Ridiculous.

Any responsible client will do their homework - sorry, but that is true.
Any responsible leasing company will stand by their terms and not take monies if an approval isn't secured.
