Payless Car Sales Concept Auto Inc., Rigo Lopez, Armando Cabrera Sold me a 2011 Hyundai Sonata Clean carfax, that had been in accident, major problems

I PURCHASED A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP WHICH IS NOT EVEN THE REAL PAYLESS CAR SALES WHICH IS NATIONWIDE... THEY USE THE SAME NAME AND SAME LOGO BUT DO NOT PAY LOYALTY FEES...DO NOT FEEL SAFE THINKING THEY ANSWER TO A CORPORATION, THEY DO NOT! THEY DO BUSINESS AS PAYLESS CAR SALES BUT ARE LICENSED AS AUTO CONCEPT INC. I BOUGHT A 2011 HYUNDAI SONATA WITH A CLEAN CARFAX AND SUPPOSEDLY ACCIDENT FREE!!! WHEN I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP THE AIRBAG LIGHT CAME ON AND I TOOK IT TO HYUNDAI THE NEXT DAY, THEY SHOWED ME THAT THE FRONT QUARTER PANEL WAS REPLACED, THE HINGES FOR THE HOOD WERE DIFFERENT COLORS THEN THE BODY, THE BATTERY WAS NOT ORIGINAL, 2 PIECES UNDER THE HOOD ON THE FRAME RUNNING PARRALELL WERE CRINKLED AND PAINT POPPED OFF AND RUSTED A LITTLE, AND WHEN HOOKED UP TO THE COMPUTER HAD 16 CODES GIVEN OFF (8 OF WHICH WERE AIR BAG RELATED)! I CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP AND INFORMED THEM OF THE SITUATION AND THEY BASICALLY LAUGHED AT ME! I CONTACTED THE DMV, AND FILED A COMPLAINT, READ MY COMPLAINT ON RIPOFF REPORT AT RIPOFFREPORT.COM..... BUY FROM HERE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY INITIALLY BUT DON'T MIND PAYING FOR IT IN THE LONG RUN WHEN THE VEHICLE PURCHASED IS NOT AS DESCRIBED!!! THE SALESMAN I DEALT WITH IS RIGO LOPEZ AND THE MANAGER IS ARMANDO CABRERA....DIRTY DEALERSHIP, DIRTY PEOPLE AND DIRTY PRACTICES!!!! CONTACT ME AT IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR WOULD LIKE TO ADD TO THE LAW SUIT I AM FILING AGAINST THEM!

It is entirely possible that the Fender and the battery was replaced on the car you have purchased from us... and we are realy sorry that the airbag light came on...
We have informed you as we do all our customers that we will be glad to repair your vehicle at no cost to you...
However you did not want to hear it, you unreasonably demanded your money back after driving the car for weeks... We informed you that we will not be able to do that.
You have purchased this car for thousand under retail value, we offered to take care of your car free of any charges to you.
In your slanderes complain you fail to describe any real problems with your vehicle but if they do exist and the Hynday dealer refusing to fix it we will be happy to take care of it just like we told you before...
You came to our dealership and you inspected the car and you were very happy to get a" deal" on it now you just want to post this dirt "using you words"
We are in busines since 1995 and pride ourselfs on being able to bring late model cars at well below the market value.
We have thousands of satisfied customers look at our website...

My name is Rigoberto Lopez, and I'm not the salesman you dealt with, I am the Internet Sales Manager at Payless Car Sales, and you are right, since your very first call to our dealer I was the one in charge of the 2011 Hyundai sale, butif you do remember since the very first day you came with your friend that alleged to be an experimented mechanic according to his own words, both of you had the chance to inspect the car inside, outside, engine and undercarriage, you both test driver this vehicle and you got this 2011 for thousands below retail value.You were also provided with a copy of the carfax which claimed that the car has not been in an accident before.I was also witness of your posterior visits to our dealer threatening our staff with lawsuits, I was also witness that our general manager gave you options and tried to work with you to solve this issue, I was also witness that you refused our proposal to fix whatever problem you found on the car after weeks of driving it, and finally I was the one who picked up the phone a few days ago and heard the obscene and unscrupulous language that you used against us, that's why I hanged up the phone up on you.Please be mature, learn to work in order to solve issues, accept that the only intention and will of this dealer since this problem raised has been to help you solve this the best way for both parties involved.And the bottom point is that you never accepted to work with us.Good luck!!!
