This is a warning to all that bought ridgid tools i have many ridgid power tools that had to be sent for repair not once were they ever covered under warranty always given the run-around. the service center was a joke and were rude and the cost to repair 2 to 3 times the value of the tool. item 1 ridgid seesnake It is a very usefull tool till the plastic camera end snapped off sent out for repair not covered. but now they make them with metal ends what about all the people that bought the plastic on item 2 ridgid twin stack air compressor The piston snapped locked motor up The service center said motor burned up not covered they never opened it up just plugged it in. When i told them that the piston was snapped they said that i did not lube it. keep in mind it is oil less and would never need to be lube what a bunch of idiots item 3 The great new daul saw junk used twice blade quit moving sent to repair not covered gear stripped
