Terrible customer service. Did not receive my order. They do not reply to any of my questions regarding refund.

I ordered the Tava weight loss tea from Roduve healthcare (**http://www.weightlosstea.com/twb_en/**) on the 3rd march 2012. They told me to wait up to 15 business days for my order. After waiting for 20 business days my order still did not arrive. After contacted them, they asked me if I would like a refund or if they should resend my order. I told them to resend, then waited an extra 20 business days and that order again still did not arrive. I then asked for a full refund including the secure shipping and insurance! I am still waiting to this day for my refund which they told me to wait up to 10 business days. I have been waiting for months! They are not replying to any of my emails about my refund. Terrible customer service! I want my money back! STAY AWAY FROM RODUVE! IT'S A SCAM!
