| I was signed up for Sagamore Insurance through a company that helps find the best deals. I was hesitant at first as I had never heard of the company before, but my insurance lady assured me they were a good company. When I purchased my new 2011 Camery I called and changed the vehicle in January 2011. When the company sent me new insurance cards in July I realized they never changed the vehicle. I still had my 2005 Mazda on the card. I was upset that my brand new car was not covered for over 6 months. I called and had them correct the issue. I then decided they were charging me way too much for the insurance at $100 a month. I then changed to Gieco and cancelled the term with Sagamore. The company sent me a refund of $62.05 on 8/22/11 and the same day I received a bill for $36.00. I called and left a voicemail for the company to understand why I was being billed. No return call. I received 4 more invoices and left 4 more voicemails. The company never returned my call. I then received a bill from a collection agency for $36.00 regarding the Sagamore insurance bill. When I called the company back, I actually got a live person (shocker). She was rude and told me that it was because I changed my policy in July. I asked why I they sent me a refund if I owed them money. She replied, the refund was for your new policy and the amount owed is for your old policy. Confused still as the policy number never changed I explained that i did not feel I owed this to them and of course that did not matter. To avoid my credit being dinged, I had to pay the $36.00. This company is nothing but a scam. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing! And because of their inability to do their jobs correctly, I could have had a mess if I would have had an accident during the period in which my new car was not covered, though I reported to them that I sold the car and bought a new one! |

If you gave your personal information to Michaele Thompson; Sagamore Home Mortgage; AKA sagamoremtg.com your problems have just started. First of all I worked for this slim balls for about 3 month before I could not stand what was going on, how Michaele Thompson would lie to people and try to extort them into givinng up their legal rights. Dont believe a word Michaele Thompson says, in the weeks and months to come you will speak to many different people never the same person twice.
On every phone call Michaele Thompson will tell you different amount you have to pay her and different documents she say they need. As soon as Michaele Thompson get your information she will start “working” you hard. In the end it will cost you thousands of dollars out of pocket and she will probably drop you without any results.
Just remember Michaele Thompson will lie, cheat, steal, change papers, and in some cases sign/ extort you.
If Michaele Thompson calls you HANG UP THE PHONE on her
Researching the internet I found a lot ot complaints. Just recently they paid $24000 in penality for violating mortgage laws and screwing people.
