We purchased some tablet PC's from Macrofar for testing for a larger order. We requested a unit with 3G
and GPS, what we got was complete junk that didnt have anything that they specified including missing a GPS. One of the units while charging had the battery explode and destroyed the unit. Lion Zhao then quickly dissapeared refusing to answer any more emails nor messenger nor skype, with no desire to fix the problem. They are complete scam artists, if you buy from China DO NOT buy from MacroFar. Complete ripoff.

im Mr. Lion zhao, so surprised to see this comment, and the worst thing is, this link was send by a new customer.
first, i should say sorry for this customer for our defective sample. Second, i have to explain that, i was always on line, and was ready for every of my customer. never will disappeared whenever there is a issue of our products.
in fact, we promissed this customer for return all sample cost to him, but he insist on we send him new li-bettery for continue test. in the mean time, he asked a gps antenna from us, we prepared all this for him. but the parcel was still in my office as no shipping agency like to shipping this to him. at last we lost this good customer.
but, any way, Macorfar factory was reliable for every of our customer, so do MR lion zhao.
there, we may have mistake, but we never will disappeared when have issue, we will try our best to solve those problems in the earliest time.

I have a very long time working with that supplier, my best advice, Mr. Lion always helps solve the problem. When there is a problem he always solves them, all suppliers is rejected goods. This does not mean that the provider is bad. The best supplier!
