I made the mistake of not checking these people out before ordering. I placed my gun order online and paid with my debit card. They wasted no time withdrawing my money, and then not a word from them. I HAVE ORDERED GUNS ONLINE many times and they were all recieved at least within a week of payment. this companys online order status kept showing that my item had not even been taken out of the warehouse or shipped(nothing). I called there number every day and all I would get is a recording saying their phone lines were being updated and to send them an email. My order was placed on 12-22-11 and on 1-04-12 I finally got someone to ansewer the phone, and I cancelled my order. I have read other similar complaints and others have been charged a 25% RESTOCKING FEE, when canceling. If you ordered a $400 gun, you would have to pay $100 for nothing. If I don,t get all my money back I will file criminal charges for fraud. Will let you know what happens. If I my money back, I'll redact this.

They have been a scam company for a long time, I'm sorry to hear about your experience but I would say stay away from them and their 100s of websites. I would suggestion contacting FTC and BBB because they have in the past had some security issues where customer's credit card numbers were breached and of course they did nothing about...on the bright side I don't think they will be around much longer. The owner is not a joke and runs his company in the same fashion.
