This company has offered stock to investors and to the public on a fraudulent basis without the assets claimed on their offering balance sheet. On the balance sheet they represent they own $60 million of prepaid media. This is untrue. They have no records of ever having purchased the media nor did they pay the fees to the company who arranged for the media. The officers of the corporation are:
