WELLS FARGO SCAMS, GOING AFTER THEM, HAVE HAD ENOUGH JOIN ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS TIME WE PULL THEM DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My story is the same, laid off, husband cancer. I was late with my mortgage
for the first time in 10 years in 2008. I was 31 days late and at the time was
only allowed to pay my mortgage on line and when I went in to pay it, my site
was shut off. I called them; spoke to someone that told me they could not take
the payment. I was told they would work on a modification to help me and that I
had to hold my payments until it was done. Well that took over 7 months and
when done, they added all the late fees and interest and gave me a third
mortgage. I had to pay $100.00 More a month! Plus my first and second mortgage.
Then another program by the government came out in March 2009 and I tried to
get that, the HAMP program. I called every other day; they would tell me they
were working on it. I would call and it started that they told me over and over
that they needed updated or documents that I sent they said they did not have
but I had kept the confirmation and a record of who I spoke to, they would even
tell me they were managers and they were not. All this time they are telling me
to not pay my mortgage. I was going back and forth. I finally went to NACA a
government agency that helps people get loan modifications. Well while with
them, they auctioned off my house. That was on July 19, 2010, I am still in my
home and now they are trying to get me out and I am fighting it. I have learned
a lot and now I want everyone having the same problem get together with me to
