Worst company ever. Was suckered into buying into worldwide travel service with promises of extreme discounts on all travel services and two weeks free stay per year anywhere in world. Gave clear examples to make sure everyone on same page then once purchased attempted to use service an everything is a lie. Sold service by Larry McQuarrie project director who sold us like a used car sales person with promises of discounts and free stays anywhere. Attempted to use travel services promised one rate then said would be another then when tried to book took them so long to book rate again changed. Sales pitch promised huge discounts on all inclusive resorts but when booked same rate as walking into travel agent who didn't rip you off for thousand of dollars with lies. Then tried to use free weeks and told they weren't free and I would have to pay for them. Then tried to cancel service and could never talk to Larry again called over 30 times working with terrible customer service managers like Assita, Fred, and Mark who all said that Larry was only one that could help me but won't. All referred to contract signed when reviewed closely states that all sales pitches are just that pitches and can be flat out lies and we are not buying the service because of the promises and lies given in sales pitch but just because we want Worldwide Travel services. 3 months later No refund told to sue them if I want but I will loose. Worst company ever do not due buss with them total scam.

i agree with that person who wrote about the travel agency. we paid so much money to be a member too
and no thing is accomplished. L ast time, we tried to book for a hotel, with them and got no response. for some reason I was told that my e mail was wrong but in fact, I TOLD THEM ABOUT MY NEW E MAIL ADDRESS AND THEY EVEN HAVE A PHONE NUMBER THATT THEY CAN CALL.. But there was no follow up. they are extremely very good in not calling back.

we became members because my husband and i travel a lot. we thought that this company will make it easier for us by helping us but unfortunately that is not the case. i am so ashamed that i got into this predicament. it was stupid of me to persuade my husband to be a member of this establishment. it is truly a scam.

using travelocity, expedia and etc are much better and even cheaper than them. this is such a hard lesson learned .DO. not to trust this people in this business.

Worldwide Travel, of Valencia Ca. sent me a postcard promising a FREE round trip airfare for two to anywhere in the 48 states, plus 3 days/2 nights hotel. I specifically asked if we could stay a wk at our destination, using the air tix, and was told "Oh, sure, but you will have to pay for the additional days." I, like an idiot, I took my wife and listened to their canned spiel. After it was over, they had us sit down at a small table in a cubicle with a rookie salesman. We didnt bite on the $10K hook, so we were offered a "right now deal" of $8K. I asked for written brochures detailing what I would get for the $$, he said just a minute. Then a slicker and more experienced "take-over" guy with lotsa bling sits down and tries again. I didnt budge. So he makes a final, right now offer of $4000. Still didnt bite. They move us to another table to get our "free voucher". Then another take-over guy tries to sell us for $1600. I dont bite, so he gives us the voucher. I read it just now. We must send $49x2 via money order only, and by certified mail only, to a "Personal Mail Box" address (at a UPS Store) in Ft Meyers Fla. The voucher names about 30 cities. I need to designate TWO desired cities, at least 60 days in advance, depart on a Monday or Tuesday and return on a Wednesday or Thursday of the same wk; must make your first request at least 60 days in advance, and there must be at least 45 days between your next and subsequent requests, as travel on requested dates may not be available. If you ask to depart on a Monday and return on a Thursday, that will violate the terms, as will departing on a Tuesday and returning on a Wednesday. Must be (3) days and (2) nights, the former is considered 4 days and 4 nights, the latter is 2 & 1. And get this: They have a list of (16) conditions- or hoops to jump thru and #12 says "ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF BAYVIEW INCENTIVES' ALLOTMENTS. WHEN B.I. ALLOTMENTS ARE FULL; B.I. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE A DIFFERENT ITINERARY. FLIGHT SCHEDULES AND DESTINATIONS ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BOOKING AGENT. B.I. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT NOTICE. " And the last sentence of condition #6. says: "ANY TRAVEL REQUEST FORMS WHICH VIOLATE AND OF THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND/OR CONDITIONS WILL CANCEL OR VOID THE OFFER.." So, if you accidentally request dates that dont fit their template EXACTLY, then you forfeit the voucher. Or if you request a departure or a return date that happens to fall within 7 days of a holiday (which are never named), then bingo, you loose. I would bet that 19/20 rubes that send in the $100 never take the trip. The trip people will be "assigned" will be for dates and cities that were not of their choosing. Point being, nothing is free. And this has scam written all over it. This "free offer" is anything but! I am glad I spent zero, but am not happy about wasting my time.
