Company will not honor warranty or return calls

We are a new business and purchased several pieces of equipment from Am. Auto Equipment in sept 2011. The wheel balancer attachment for motorcycles was made of plastic and part of this broke during normal use in April 2012. My office mgr contacted the company many times with many promises and lies until I took the matter into my own hands. I too was given the run around, promises (never delivered ) and lies. My warranty will run out in Sept of this yr and then have to pay another $450 to replace attachment for wheel balancer since I cannot order just the part that broke. I, too, wonder why the BBB has not taken action? I, too, want to visit the company.
Together we can change our irritation into results. Let's pull together to oust this scam co and give a msg to the other scammers that We Are Not Going To Be Silent!!
