My wife and I are one of thosands who have victimized by the Heart Check America scam for a 10 year total body EBT screening that was financed for 48 months with Chase Health Advance. I have making electronic payments and records show monthly payments have been made and received well in advance, yet twice I have been billed $39 late fees in the last 12 months. We have acquired an attorney and are filing a class action suit in California to address both issues. Health Check America is already under suits in IL, SC, DC, CO and NV.

Be very careful with this company. They will not send you a bill which will amount to you incurring $39 late fees. I've had to call them twice about not receiving a bill in the mail. I would also advise you to watch out for their online payment site. It's not user friendly. It's obvious that this company's intention is for the patients to incur that $39 late fee. Keep a record when the bill is due to avoid their scams.
