We initially consulted with Ross Aldrige, aka, vice president of this company in Las Vegas, Nevada on February 2011. He then pulled my credit report from all three credit reporting companies and we went over it in detailed manner. He then promised/guaranteed he will be able to delete most of my negative accounts and even assured me that my bankruptcy will also be deleted within a time frame of 3-6 months. I was told total for these services where %1500. I then paid him initial fee of $500 with the remainder $1000 in two monthly installments by personal checks. Now, 11 months later, I have yet to get any of my negative results deleted from my credit history and I have been calling for several months now almost on a daily basis and still have yet to receive a call back. I went to their office location and was surprised to find out they where no longer there.

I have also dealt with Credit Guard and there office is still located at the same address and "Tim Clark in Las Vegas" is the President of Credit Guard. His phone number is 800-525-8618 and the company has an A grade rating with the Better Business Bureau. The client above is attempting to extort his funds back and was never guaranteed and particular item would be removed from his reports. I spoke with my customer service manager at Credit Guard and they have removed most of my negative items including my Bankruptcy. It took more than 60 days but I am happy with the service. I would recommend this company to anyone that has negative items and needs to increase their FICO score. Mine was increased 124 points.
