Cross Country Home Services Broward County in Florida Illegal charges attached to my monthly Home Mortgage statement without my aggreement Sunrise, Fl

This company is an affiliate of American Home Mortgage and together that started charging me $32. a month attached to my mortgage in 2009. I did request or order this and I did not even know that they were stealing this $32. per month until now (April 2011). I was never sent any literature of how to access the 'services/insurance' should it be needed. There was absolutely nothing to alert me that I had a 'contract' for home repair insurance with this company. It was so well hidden in my mortgage statement as to be unidentifiable. I am so angry that these school yard bullies (Cross Country Home Services) can steal $32. per month from me, and American Home Mortgages helps them do this for a cut of the monthly premiums. Why is this type of 'automatical' charging for 3rd party companies allowed on home mortgages and telephone bills. Consumer Rights should be such that this is against the law, unless the consumer specifically files an individual paper/form which gives the Mortgage Company or Phone Company the right to charge an automatic amount for that particular company. I also think they should have to give each consumer a form that they can file with the Mortgage or Phone Company which specifically instruct that company to NOT allow any 3rd party billing. But that isn't even something they will produce if you ask!!
What kind of country are we living in? Do consumers have no rights over big companies????
