Paid $1,500 for modification and they did not follow through

A man named Michael Gates contacted my about doing a modification and combining 3 mortgages which would would help me have a lot less of a monthly payment. I paid $1,500 to Diversified Home Mortgage Solutions. The company did not follow through and did not return my money. They talked for months about following through but never did. They gave all kinds of excuses as to why the package had not arrived. This was very devastating for my family. I hope that you can arrest the people involved in this scam. They are very evil people and even hide behind God and religion when talking to you. They claim to be talking to you from church, talk about prayer and all sorts of religious subjects which would lead people to think that they are Christian people. I have a copy of the check used to pay them, papers which were faxed to and from and recorded calls. This fraudulent company was located in Boca Raton, Florida. They also got money out of me to run a credit report and work on bring the score up. They never did this either.
