Ideelworld I ordered 4 rod iron plate hangers on March 6, 2011 and the wrong ones were sent. Pawley's island, South Carolina

I ordered 4 rod iron plate. Hangers ($210.16) on March 6, 2011. 2 weeks later I received 2 of the 4 plate hangers. I contacted the company by email and asked where the other 2 were. Alex said he would check inti it. I received 2 more in about 10 days or so. After receiving the 2nd set of 2 plate hangers, I noticed they didn't match the first 2 that were sent. Then I realized that none of them were the correct ones. I then contacted the ideelworld and wanted to return them. After going back and forth for another couple of weeks, Charles Kotter and I spoke. He said that he could still get me the original plate hangers but could I wait another 2 weeks. I said yes. After about 4-5 weeks of not hearing from them, I started to email them about the plate hangers. My emails were ignored. I decided to send them back and demanded my credit card account credited for the $210.16 since they had already received what I returned. I threatened to contact the BBB and all of a sudden I heard from them via email. Charles said that they double checked and they were going to send them to me. I told them that I just wanted my money back. I have ever heard from the company again. I contacted the BBB and they said this company has an "F" rating.

it looks like Ideelworld is offline, but a site called www.beyonthis.com is up and it looks very familiar. they are located just outside Pawleys Island, SC. I am positive it is Ideelworld owners Charles/Alex. Buyer BEWARE!!!
