jackson's sports bar seth puntrezelli, dried poppies direct, aka driedpoppiesdirect.com, aka kyle french fraudulent internet charge. kennewick, Washi
13th of Nov, 2010 by User480625
This co. is evedendly taking, and processing online orders under the assumed name: driedpoppiesdirect.com aka seth puntrizelli, or kyle french.

and, is without permission charging credit cards for orders placed at a so called online floral supply co in Kennewick, WA. and in excess of the agreed opun amount upon ordering. Then My package did finnaly arrive, it was no where near the items description. This "company" for which they process orders makes no effort to reply to mulyiple emails sent by me asking them to honer thier "refund policy" as described on thier "driedpoppiesdirect.com" website.

after i first place my order with thier website, i received an email explaining that they were out of stock on that peticular sized poppy pods, and that a replacement "next size" would be shipped unless I otherwised cancelled my order with them. and that this "sports bar" was NOT to be contacted by me as they would deny any knowledge of this order. So after this fishy email, I did in fact request a cancellation of my order. And several times. To no avail or responce from them, they charged my debit card, and after 3 weeks of ignored emails sent by me to them, a package did arrive from them with what (i guess) was the next sized down from the jumbo sized poppy pods i ordered. however, they are tiny, and nothing at all like what was described to me by this bar that would be shipped. Again, I have not heard a responce from the people at this so called "sports bar" or "restaurant." about clearing this issue up. IF this so called "bar" even actually exists, I would seriously reconsider eating/drinking there or doing ANY bussiness with these "online florists." I am writing this report as one last attemt to collect a refund, before grabbing a wistle, and a bullhorn and talking to the:

1) Spokane area BBB

2) WA state liquor licience commishening office

3) locar, and (FBI?) procecutors credit fraud div.

4) sharing this story on "facebook" and "myspace."

i expect a promt/immediate refund if this was simply a "misunderstanding" and i'll be satisfied, and quieltly on my way. as i seriously dougbt your online "florist" store will be a success with the customer service that you provide..

****This is an attempt to resolve a dispute; any or all of this email may be solely used as such, by either party.****
To Whom it May Concern,
I was instructed to inform you that I have begun the process of disputing the charge for "JACK-SONS SPORTS BAR KEN 03/08JACK SONS" that has cleared with my bank account. It has not been over the 60 days yet, and my banking institution has stated they will look into this particular charge and accept my request for the concurrent dispute. I did not purchase anything from JACK-SONS Sports Bar in Washington (3320 W Kennewick Ave, 509-783-4392) nor was I ever even in Washington State, but rather live and attend a University in Florida. My purchase was with DriedPoppyDirect.com. If there is a correlation, please do let me know so I can include this business in my complaints as well.
Therefore, I base my dispute on the following facts, which have been documented via the various email correspondence sent from, and to you regarding this purchase:
? -Sending the wrong product. I ordered 2 lbs BROKEN pods, as is documented, but rather sub 2 lbs WHOLE pods were sent.
? -Sending less than ordered, some 140 grams or 5 ounces short. Roughly 20% of the purchased product was missing and not sent to customer.
? -An admittance of guilt by you (or "Seth" as stated in the emails), and an offer to send out the resulting shortage on Monday March 22nd, of which was obviously not done (even after allegedly sending the shortage to the "(wrong name here)").
All previous statements are from saved, documented emails from your businesses email address. They include the tracking numbers and total weight of the box/packing/contents (2.0 lbs as per label) from USPS.
I believe it my responsibility to FULLY follow through with this, and will continue my remaining courses of action tomorrow (as described below), if an affiliate of DriedPoppyDirect.com or Jack-sons Sports Bar is not heard from by tomorrow evening.
At this point any package received from your company will not be accepted, and will be immediately returned to sender with USPS confirmation.
Only discussion of reimbursement will suffice at this point, as all other means of resolution on your part have failed, due to intentional deceptions and outright lies.

In addition, of interesting note,
1) Either you are the owner of Jack-Sons Sports Bar, in which case the BBB and all potential customers should be aware that this establishment is tied to a poppy pods scamming site, which will be done by reporting this to online restaurant review agencies for your area, with the offending Bar, URL, and purpose/problem being named in the review, and hence becoming public.
2) Or, this particular restaurant's facade is being used with out its knowledge, in which case the owner of the Bar needs to be aware that such swindling is going on while using his/her Bars name, of which will be done tomorrow as well, via email. (A copy of this and all other emails will be sent to Jack-Sons Sports Bar if requested as well).
In short, I have the right (indeed the obligation) to release the offending IP addresses, URL's, names and addresses of all businesses and individuals involved in this dispute to the BBB, and most importantly to any and all online review sites for the Benton/Franklin counties and the Tri-Cities area. This includes all information and all parties concerning this dispute. NBCs KNDO/KNDU has a spot for reviews as does the Tri-City Herald for the bar, as do many others.
As I stated I have begun warning other potential customers of your particular antics on the various forums that popularly purchase floral arrangements so they are not so duped.
Such blatant disregard for consumers and their money will not be tolerated, but no matter how I feel personally, I will hold my tongue until tomorrow afternoon to hear from either Jack-Sons Sports Bar or DriedPoppyDirect.com, at which point I will assume my funds have been wrongfully transfered under false pretenses and will pursue above said actions.
Sincerely,
__________
