Did not order magazine subscriptions

I just found out today why my disabled brother has been receiving over 15 magazine subscriptions that were never authorized or order by him. I finally was able to track down all 15 subscriptions to find out they were "an introdroductory offer" which several subscriptions had an expiration date of

I am sending them a certified letter today and copying the California Attorney General's Office regarding this scam! Luckily I hven't found any credit card charges yet but I am still researching it!
