Wonder Marketing, Inc. Does not pay contract employees Los Angeles, California
3rd of Oct, 2011 by User157694
I concur with the articulate individual who complained previously about not getting paid. They recruit their employees in states that Wonder Marketing is not legally licensed to perform commerce. This is a crime. They also do not pay their employees. This is a civil matter, which entitles the employee to file a lawsuit for Breach of Contract, Misrepresentation, Fraud (which is also a crime) and Quantum Meruit (value of service performed by employee). I was victimized in St. Louis, Missouri, having worked for Wonder Marketing approximately ten weeks ago, over a period of eighteen days. I am an attorney. I will be in California the second week in January. I will sue Wonder Marketing for the causes mentioned. For those interested in taking this route, fraud does carry unlimited punitive damages in California. Anyone wanting a free copy of my Petition after it is drafted is welcome to it so that you may file your own suit.
