| i am quite taken back with my findings, i looked for a roofing company on the net, and i got montreal roofers.com, which lead me to west side roofers site? should of been my first hint that something was wrong, i called the number listed 514-815-3994,spoke to a nice young lady named tanya, gave her my info and a few minutes later was called back by a mr. hennry, we made a time and date for my free estimate, he seemed like he knew what he was talking about, so we agreed to do our roof with them, a month after the roof was done we had a leak during a large rain storm, so i called hennry's cell phone and he said he would come asap? he never came so i called back westside roofers or montreal roofers and spoke with a mr. tom gales, who assured me that someone would come the next day to fix the problem and honor my contract, still no one showed,so i called my lawyer to ask what i should do? he told me he would take care of it and to call another company to stop the leak while we waited for him to call us back, so we did, i went into the yellow pages this time and found a great company who told us our roof was done poorly, and needed to be redone from scratch, at almost 9000,00$, we had no choice so we had it redone for the second time in 6 months, and with all of the rain in april not a single drop leaked in our home.Our lawyer called us back and told us of his findings on these companies, first montreal roofers is not a registered company, nor is westside roofers, it has never been registered in quebec, they sub contract out their work to other companies, hennry who is using the RBQ# of a mario farmer? he also found a company called toiture nortech inc? he called them at 450-420-6666 and they have no clue who westside and montreal roofers are? so the lawyer called back tanya at westside who told our lawyer to call hennry, and hennry told our lawyer he would send the money for our refund of our new roof, that was 7 weeks ago, we have learned a lesson here to not take companies from the net as you do not know who or what kind of service you will get, there is no address for for montreal roofers.com or for westside roofers.com even on there site, we should of been more careful, and done our homework, and used the yellow pages book to find a company instead of the internet, we are still looking for theses people and hope one day to recover our losses. |

I am the owner of West Side Roofers, this complaint is a false complaint written by another roofing company that West Side was giving contracts to. If this is a true complaint, you should have no problem posting a copy of the contract (that I know you do not have) and leaving us your lawyers number as well as your name and number and address.
As for subcontracting, we have subcontracted some jobs because we are just too busy.
